  • If you are wearing heavy makeup or strong sunscreen, we recommend using a makeup remover (such as a cleansing oil or cleansing cream) first, and then using this product as your final facial cleanser. Some reviews note that on its own it may not fully remove waterproof makeup.
  • If you experience redness, swelling, itching, irritation, or any other abnormal reaction during use, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
  • If the product gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water immediately.
  • Do not store in places with high temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of infants and children.

Because of its rich cream texture, a small amount spreads easily across the face and neck, making it highly efficient. Many users also report that “a small amount goes a long way.”

This cleanser is designed to gently remove makeup residue, excess oil, and dead skin cells while maintaining the skin’s moisture balance.

However, for waterproof makeup, heavy foundations, or strong sunscreen, we recommend using a dedicated makeup remover (cleansing oil or cleansing cream) first.

Afterward, use the Hydrating Cleanser as your second-step cleanser to fully cleanse the skin while preserving hydration.

This double-cleansing method helps ensure both effective makeup removal and gentle skin care.

However, the formula does contain fragrance and colorants (CI 17200 / CI 15985).
For this reason, individuals with very sensitive skin, eczema-prone skin, or those currently using prescription skin treatments are advised to perform a patch test before use.
