Shipping Fee
All orders from LuxoraVIP (the “Shop”) are shipped at a flat rate of ¥770 (tax included) nationwide.
For customers using our Regular Discount Subscription Service, shipping is also offered at the same flat nationwide rate.

Shipping Method

Shipping methods are determined by our shop.
Customers cannot select a preferred shipping carrier or method.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary in areas affected by natural disasters, severe weather, or large-scale public events.

Damaged Packages During Transit

We take great care in packaging your order to prevent damage to the outer box during shipping.

However, once the package is handed over to the courier, unexpected issues may occur during transit that are beyond our control.

If there are minor dents or scratches on the outer packaging that do not affect the product itself, we kindly ask for your understanding.
