Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused items
• Please contact us by email within 3 days of delivery
• Returns without prior contact cannot be accepted
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping 
• Any bank transfer or refund processing fees are to be paid by the customer
• Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
• Items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer

Defective Items

• While we maintain strict quality control, in the rare event of a defective item:
• We will replace the item with a non-defective one based on our inspection standards
  
  
• We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement
  
  
• If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to your designated bank account

Exception:

• 1. If more than 7 days have passed since the product was delivered
  2. If the item is damaged due to customer mishandling
• If the wrong product is delivered, we will promptly send the correct one and cover all shipping costs involved.
