Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused items
- Please contact us by email within 3 days of delivery
- Returns without prior contact cannot be accepted
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping
- Any bank transfer or refund processing fees are to be paid by the customer
- Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
- Returns due to customer preference (e.g., "different from image")
Defective Items
- While we maintain strict quality control, in the rare event of a defective item:
- We will replace the item with a non-defective one based on our inspection standards
- We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement
- If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to your designated bank account
Exception:
- 1. If more than 7 days have passed since the product was delivered
2. If the item is damaged due to customer mishandling - If the wrong product is delivered, we will promptly send the correct one and cover all shipping costs involved.
