Delivery of products

For credit card payments, orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation.

Delivered by Yamato Transport (Nekopos, Takkyubin Compact or Takkyubin).

Returns and exchanges

- Conditions for returns

Returns are accepted only for items that are unopened and unpacked.
Please contact us by email within 3 days of the delivery date.
* Returned items sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.

- Return shipping costs

  • Returns for customer reasons: paid by the customer
  • Returns due to a defective product: paid by us

- Costs relating to refunds

Bank transfer fees and other costs incurred in making a refund are paid by the customer.

- Cases where returns cannot be accepted

  • The item has been soiled or damaged by the customer
  • Customer reasons such as the item differing from the image

Defective products

We maintain a thorough inspection process, but in the unlikely event that a defective product occurs, we will exchange it for a sound item in accordance with our inspection standards.
Shipping costs in that case are paid by us.
If no sound item is in stock, we will refund the price of the product to the account you specify.

- Cases not covered by defective-product handling

  1. More than 7 days have passed since the item arrived
  2. Scratches or damage caused by the customer are found

Incorrect items

In the unlikely event that an incorrect item is delivered to you, we will exchange it for the correct item.
Shipping costs in that case are also paid by us.
