Returns & Exchanges

◆ About Returns

We accept returns only for items that are unopened and unused.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us by email within 3 days of delivery.
Returns made without prior notice cannot be accepted.

  • Return shipping fees must be paid by the customer.

  • If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Any necessary bank transfer or refund processing fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • ◆ Returns Cannot Be Accepted In the Following Cases:

  • If the product has been damaged or soiled due to customer mishandling

  • If the return is due to personal preference such as “not what I expected” or “different from the image”
    (Please ensure all questions are clarified before purchasing)

  • ◆ About Defective Products

    We thoroughly inspect all items before shipment. However, in the rare event of a defective product:

  • We will exchange the item based on our inspection standards.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the product price to your designated bank account.

  • Shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.

  • ◆ Wrong or Missing Items

    Although we take great care in order fulfillment, if you receive an incorrect or incomplete order:

  • We will resend or exchange the correct item(s) as per your original order.

  • All shipping costs for replacement or resending will be covered by us.

  • However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the product was delivered

  • The item shows damage due to customer mishandling

    If you wish to cancel your order, please include your Order Number and clearly state that you wish to cancel.
    Note:

  • If payment has already been completed, cancellation may not be possible.

  • If the item has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
