Article 3: About Member Information

The Company will approve membership if the submitted information is valid. All data must be truthful and accurate. Accounts found to contain false data may be deleted without prior notice.

Members are responsible for managing their own account information.

Article 4: Membership Eligibility

Article 7: Purchase Agreements
A Purchase Agreement is formed when the Company accepts a customer's order via email confirmation of shipment.
If the Company does not accept an order, already paid amounts will be refunded (with refund fees covered by the customer).
The product price is based on the time of order.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us. After shipment, no refunds will be issued.
The Company may cancel or terminate orders without notice if:

Price errors occur
Delivery is impossible due to unknown address or refusal

Article 8: Subscription Orders
Subscriptions are only available for items marked as such and will auto-renew based on the defined cycle.
Each household may apply for one subscription per product. Re-subscription requires contacting customer support.
Subscriptions with a minimum purchase count cannot be cancelled until the required number of purchases is made.
Subscriptions without a minimum can be cancelled at any time.
Article 7 also applies to subscriptions.
Shipments may be skipped unless the minimum purchase count has not been met.
Discounts are shown on the product page and may change without notice (except during minimum period).
The Company may change subscription benefit terms at its discretion.
Price and packaging may change during the subscription.
If a subscription product is discontinued, the Company will notify users at least 30 days in advance and may terminate the agreement.
Article 9: Online Medication Guidance
This Article governs online pharmaceutical consultations.
Dispensing is done according to prescriptions received.
Medications are shipped to the registered address.
Prescribed medications cannot be returned.
If discrepancies are found, users must stop taking the medication and contact us immediately.
Users must pay for medications, dispensing, and shipping.
Final charges are presented after consultation due to variability in prescriptions.
If insurance is invalid or inapplicable, users must pay the full amount minus any fees already paid.
Article 10: Returns
For product damage or errors, customers may return items within 3 days and request either a refund or reshipment (at no cost).
General returns are accepted within 7 days excluding:
Items with stated no-return conditions
Opened or used products
Suspected fraudulent returns or unreasonable requests
Article 11: Delivery
Customers bear shipping fees unless otherwise specified.
Delivery is complete when the item is delivered to the specified location or left in a parcel box.

Existing purchase agreements remain valid after cancellation.

No guarantee is made regarding integration with other services.
