• Medical Supply Policy: The duration of the prescriptions is capped at a 6-month supply and remains at the discretion of the physician. To uphold our commitment to clinical safety and responsible medication management, we do not permit the accumulation of surplus stock. Clients with a remaining supply exceeding 30 days — obtained here or through an affiliated partner — will not be eligible for a new prescription until their current cycle has concluded.

• Language Support: Please note that services are available in Japanese only. We currently do not have foreign language speaking staff on-site.

• Punctuality: As the clinic operates on a strict reservation system, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened consultation or cancellation.
