Valid for 90 days from the date you apply. Please note that after 90 days the discount under this plan is no longer valid and can no longer be used.

[ Refunds and returns ]
Once you have applied for this plan, we cannot in principle accept a refund or return for customer reasons, except where the law requires it. However, if the doctor decides at your consultation not to issue a prescription, we will refund the full amount you paid. [ Cancellation after ordering ]
We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds for customer reasons once an order is complete.
