* Do not rub the treated area; wash gently with lukewarm water.
Bathing and sauna On the day of treatment, avoid long baths and the sauna and stick to a shower.
Aftercare Be thorough with moisturising and sun protection.
For about three days after treatment, avoid irritation from massage, peels and scrubs.
* If peeling occurs, do not pick at it; wait for it to come away naturally. Picking can lead to pigmentation.

Swelling and redness Temporary redness can occur.
* This usually settles within a few hours.
Side effects and risks Redness, stinging and mild swelling
* Spots that respond may darken temporarily and form a thin scab for about a week.
* Mild swelling can last one week to 10 days.

Deep spots and widespread pigmentation: about three to five sessions

* How the results feel and how many sessions you need vary from person to person. You may feel a change after a single session, but depending on your skin and your concern we may recommend continuing.

  • The solutions and preparations used - an allergy to any of their ingredients
  • Aspirin-induced asthma - a history of this
  • Tretinoin, retinoic acid, Differin gel or hydroquinone - currently using any of these
  • Benzoyl peroxide (Bepio gel, Duac, Epiduo and similar) - currently using this
  • Other peeling agents - currently using these
  • Isotretinoin (Accutane, Roaccutane and similar) - currently taking this or with a history of taking it
  • Multiple sclerosis (MS)
  • A bleeding disorder or injury - or currently bleeding
  • Pregnancy, within three months of giving birth, or breastfeeding
  • Anyone else the doctor judges needs checking before treatment

  • Usable only by the person attending the appointment.
  • Only one of these coupons can be purchased per month.
  • Depending on the doctor's assessment, it may not be possible to carry out the treatment exactly as set out in the coupon you purchased.
  • You can purchase this even if you have had treatment at the clinic concerned or an affiliated clinic before.

  • Service is in Japanese only. Please note that we do not have staff who can assist in other languages.
  • Because of limited space, companions cannot wait inside the clinic.
  • Our clinic is by appointment only. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may shorten your treatment or be unable to carry it out at all, in which case it is treated as one treatment used.
  • For same-day cancellations, what you booked and purchased (treatment, medication, and so on) is treated as used. Changing the time on the day incurs a change fee of ¥3,300 (tax included), and only if a slot is available.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

[ Validity period ]
Valid for 90 days from the date you apply. Please note that after 90 days the discount under this plan is no longer valid and can no longer be used.

[ Refunds and returns ]
Once you have applied for this plan, we cannot in principle accept a refund or return for customer reasons, except where the law requires it. However, if the doctor decides at your consultation not to issue a prescription, we will refund the full amount you paid. Even before the medical consultation, we cannot accept a cancellation or refund of a Luxora Pass for customer reasons.

[ Cancellation after ordering ]
We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds for customer reasons once an order is complete.
We cannot accept a cancellation, return or refund for reasons such as "I no longer need it", "I ordered it by mistake" or "it is different from the image", so please check the product details carefully before you order.

[ Subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries ] For subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries, such as "2 deliveries required", you cannot cancel part-way through, return the product or receive a refund until payment for the stated number of deliveries is complete. The obligation to pay for the minimum number of deliveries also arises if you do not accept the product, or if the product is returned to us because delivery was refused or you were away for a long period. The charge for the second delivery arises under the terms of your contract even if you have not received the first. Example: a plan requiring 2 deliveries

  • 1st delivery: no returns, refunds or cancellation
  • 2nd delivery: the charge arises regardless of whether you received the first delivery; no returns, refunds or cancellation
  • After payment for the stated number of deliveries (2) is complete: you can cancel from the next shipment onwards

Once payment for the minimum number of deliveries (2) is complete, you can cancel the subscription from the next delivery onwards by completing the procedure before the stated deadline for your next scheduled payment date.
