What is a PQage peel?
The PQage peel is an advanced skincare treatment known as a type of chemical peel. It uses a solution blending fruit acids (AHAs) with other active ingredients to remove dead skin cells gently and promote skin turnover. Its low-irritancy formula puts little strain on the skin, yet it can be expected to deliver on several fronts: brightening, improving pores and raising firmness. Because it works deep into the skin and smooths its texture as a whole, it is recommended for those bothered by acne scarring and dullness and those looking for age care. It also promotes firmness, lustre and a lifted look from within, with little downtime, so smooth, better-looking skin is easy to feel right after the session.
What the PQage peel does
Results vary from person to person, but generally you can expect the following.
- Removing dead skin cells: it gently clears unwanted cells from the surface, raising clarity
- Normalising turnover: it promotes renewal and improves dullness and coarseness
- Tighter pores and less darkening: it clears debris and congestion so pores are less noticeable
- Improving acne and acne scarring: it calms inflammation and balances sebum, preventing and improving acne

After treatment, take care with strong irritants such as sun exposure, sweating and friction. They can leave pigmentation and scarring. Redness, peeling and dryness can last several days. If peeling occurs, do not pick at it; moisturise thoroughly. If redness keeps worsening after several days, please consult us. |

Some redness may appear。
Also, depending on your skin type, for several days to a week after treatmentredness and peeling may occur, but these settle with time.Your skin becomes prone to dryness. However, the treatment does not involve bleeding or bruising, so you can wear make-up straight away. |
| How often |
A course of about four to five sessions every two weeks is recommended. To maintain the results we recommend regular maintenance afterwards. Leave at least a week between sessions.

When washing, do not rub the treated area; simply rinse gently with lukewarm water. Be more thorough than usual with sun protection and moisturising. On the day of treatment, avoid long sauna sessions and take a shower only.

Your skin is sensitive after treatment, so usesun protection (sunscreen) and protect your skin from UV. Your skin is sensitive to irritation after treatment, so for about three days avoid massage, peels and scrub cleansers, and moisturise thoroughly. If peeling occurs, picking at it can cause pigmentation. Please wait for it to come away naturally. |
If any of the following applies to you, leave at least two weeks before having this treatment.
● People who have had a treatment that removes skin, such as a chemical peel, Dermapen or laser
● People using acne medication such as Differin gel or Bepio (avoid shaving the day before treatment)
Important notes
- Each coupon covers one treatment.
- If you have had a peel within the past two weeks, consult the doctor beforehand。
- After laser treatment we recommend leaving at least two weeks.
- We may decline treatment if your skin is severely inflamed.
- People with a metal allergy,Treatment is not possible if you are pregnant, may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
- Your skin dries out more easily after treatment, so moisturise thoroughly.

- People with dermatitis, an open wound, a graze or severe cystic acne in the area to be treated
- People allergic to peeling agents, aspirin or metals
- People with a skin condition or tumour in the area to be treated
- People with swelling, an infection or inflammation in the area to be treated
- People with a tumour in the area to be treated
- People being treated for a malignant tumour, or within five years of such treatment
- People allergic to kojic acid
- People allergic to any ingredient in the treatment solution
- People allergic to chemical peels
- People using tretinoin or hydroquinone (stop using them two weeks before the PRX treatment)
- People with multiple sclerosis (MS)
- People with a bleeding disorder or injury, or who are bleeding
- People with dermatitis or oedema in the area to be treated
- People with sensitive skin or seborrhoeic dermatitis
- Anyone else the doctor judges unsuitable

- Our clinic is by appointment only. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may shorten your treatment or be unable to carry it out at all, in which case it is treated as one treatment used.
- For same-day cancellations, what you booked and purchased (treatment, medication, and so on) is treated as used. Changing the time on the day incurs a change fee of ¥3,300 (tax included), and only if a slot is available.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
[ Validity period ]
Valid for 90 days from the date you apply. Please note that after 90 days the discount under this plan is no longer valid and can no longer be used.
[ Refunds and returns ]
Once you have applied for this plan, we cannot in principle accept a refund or return for customer reasons, except where the law requires it. However, if the doctor decides at your consultation not to issue a prescription, we will refund the full amount you paid. Even before the medical consultation, we cannot accept a cancellation or refund of a Luxora Pass for customer reasons.
[ Cancellation after ordering ]
We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds for customer reasons once an order is complete.
We cannot accept a cancellation, return or refund for reasons such as "I no longer need it", "I ordered it by mistake" or "it is different from the image", so please check the product details carefully before you order.
[ Subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries ] For subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries, such as "2 deliveries required", you cannot cancel part-way through, return the product or receive a refund until payment for the stated number of deliveries is complete. The obligation to pay for the minimum number of deliveries also arises if you do not accept the product, or if the product is returned to us because delivery was refused or you were away for a long period. The charge for the second delivery arises under the terms of your contract even if you have not received the first. Example: a plan requiring 2 deliveries
- 1st delivery: no returns, refunds or cancellation
- 2nd delivery: the charge arises regardless of whether you received the first delivery; no returns, refunds or cancellation
- After payment for the stated number of deliveries (2) is complete: you can cancel from the next shipment onwards
Once payment for the minimum number of deliveries (2) is complete, you can cancel the subscription from the next delivery onwards by completing the procedure before the stated deadline for your next scheduled payment date.
