What is Mesona J?

Mesona J (electroporation) is a transdermal delivery device, also called mesoporation, that uses a special electrical force to carry large-molecule active ingredients - which normally struggle to penetrate - deep into the skin, as far as the dermis, without wounds or pain.

 

What makes Mesona J different

Special electrical pulses carry active ingredients deep into the skin

Special electrical pulses open gaps between the skin's cells.
From there, electrical repulsion, penetration and physical pressure carry the active ingredients deep into the skin without damaging it.

What it does in each season

Winter to early summer: improving dry skin, moisturising, and spring sun protection

Summer to autumn: calming, brightening, and addressing dark spots and pores

    Treatment time

    The treatment takes about 30 minutes.

    * Additional time is needed for the consultation and explanation.
    Anaesthetic The treatment is painless, so no anaesthetic is used.
    Swelling and scarring If your skin is sensitive it may redden temporarily, but this fades within a few hours.
    Pain
    There is almost no pain. Some patients occasionally feel a tingling, but this varies from person to person.
    How often You can feel a result after a single session, but if you want a stronger or longer-lasting effect we recommend one treatment a month.
    Make-up

    You can wear make-up from the day of treatment.

    Washing your face / showering / bathing

    You can shower and bathe from the same day.

    		The following people cannot have this treatment.
    People with a pacemaker, an implantable defibrillator or a metal plate
    People with severe heart disease or diabetes
    People with substantial scar tissue or an infectious skin condition in the area to be treated
    People who are pregnant

     

    Important notes
      • Each coupon covers one treatment.
      • If you have had a peel within the past two weeks, or a hyaluronic acid injection or thread treatment within the past six months, consult the doctor beforehand.
      • We may decline treatment if your skin is severely inflamed.
      • People being treated for a malignant tumour and people aged 65 or over also cannot have this treatment.
      • Keep using sunscreen after the treatment。
      • Your skin dries out more easily after treatment, so moisturise thoroughly.

        Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

        [ Validity period ]
        Valid for 90 days from the date you apply. Please note that after 90 days the discount under this plan is no longer valid and can no longer be used.

        [ Refunds and returns ]
        Once you have applied for this plan, we cannot in principle accept a refund or return for customer reasons, except where the law requires it. However, if the doctor decides at your consultation not to issue a prescription, we will refund the full amount you paid. Even before the medical consultation, we cannot accept a cancellation or refund of a Luxora Pass for customer reasons.

        [ Cancellation after ordering ]
        We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds for customer reasons once an order is complete.
        We cannot accept a cancellation, return or refund for reasons such as "I no longer need it", "I ordered it by mistake" or "it is different from the image", so please check the product details carefully before you order.

        [ Subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries ] For subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries, such as "2 deliveries required", you cannot cancel part-way through, return the product or receive a refund until payment for the stated number of deliveries is complete. The obligation to pay for the minimum number of deliveries also arises if you do not accept the product, or if the product is returned to us because delivery was refused or you were away for a long period. The charge for the second delivery arises under the terms of your contract even if you have not received the first. Example: a plan requiring 2 deliveries

        • 1st delivery: no returns, refunds or cancellation
        • 2nd delivery: the charge arises regardless of whether you received the first delivery; no returns, refunds or cancellation
        • After payment for the stated number of deliveries (2) is complete: you can cancel from the next shipment onwards

        Once payment for the minimum number of deliveries (2) is complete, you can cancel the subscription from the next delivery onwards by completing the procedure before the stated deadline for your next scheduled payment date.
