What Potenza is

Potenza combines the wound-healing effect of microneedles with radio frequency, delivering heat energy into the skin.


This activates fibroblasts and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin.
Beyond improving skin quality, including fine lines and firmness, it can improve a wide range of concerns: pitted acne scarring, facial redness, melasma and pores.

Its drug delivery system, through Potenza's own pumping tip, carries the active ingredients applied to the epidermis evenly and thoroughly down into the dermis.

Maccoom is a PLLA (poly-L-lactic acid) preparation developed specifically for Potenza. It stimulates fibroblasts and encourages collagen production gradually.


It causes no allergic reaction, and once in the body it breaks down into water and carbon dioxide over several months to about two years. Through collagen production it improves acne scarring and restores the skin's elasticity.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

[ Validity period ]
Valid for 90 days from the date you apply. Please note that after 90 days the discount under this plan is no longer valid and can no longer be used.

[ Refunds and returns ]
Once you have applied for this plan, we cannot in principle accept a refund or return for customer reasons, except where the law requires it. However, if the doctor decides at your consultation not to issue a prescription, we will refund the full amount you paid. Even before the medical consultation, we cannot accept a cancellation or refund of a Luxora Pass for customer reasons.

[ Cancellation after ordering ]
We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds for customer reasons once an order is complete.
We cannot accept a cancellation, return or refund for reasons such as "I no longer need it", "I ordered it by mistake" or "it is different from the image", so please check the product details carefully before you order.

[ Subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries ] For subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries, such as "2 deliveries required", you cannot cancel part-way through, return the product or receive a refund until payment for the stated number of deliveries is complete. The obligation to pay for the minimum number of deliveries also arises if you do not accept the product, or if the product is returned to us because delivery was refused or you were away for a long period. The charge for the second delivery arises under the terms of your contract even if you have not received the first. Example: a plan requiring 2 deliveries

  • 1st delivery: no returns, refunds or cancellation
  • 2nd delivery: the charge arises regardless of whether you received the first delivery; no returns, refunds or cancellation
  • After payment for the stated number of deliveries (2) is complete: you can cancel from the next shipment onwards

Once payment for the minimum number of deliveries (2) is complete, you can cancel the subscription from the next delivery onwards by completing the procedure before the stated deadline for your next scheduled payment date.
