What is Sunekos Performa?

A skin-conditioning injection combining hyaluronic acid with six amino acids in its own balance.It supports the production of collagen and elastin in the skin, addressing a range of age-related concerns: raising firmness and lustre, and improving fine lines and dryness.Sunekos Performa contains about 28% more amino acids than the original Sunekos, for a greater and longer-lasting effect. By building elasticity and moisture from within the skin, it leads to a natural youthfulness.

Treatment time

The treatment takes about 60 minutes.

* Additional time is needed for the consultation and explanation.
Anaesthetic A topical anaesthetic cream is mainly used.
Swelling and scarring  Small bumps appear right after the injection, but these usually settle within a few hours to the following day.
Side effects and risks Temporary bruising, swelling, redness and itching can occur, but these usually settle within one to two weeks.
How often For the initial course, three to four sessions every one to two weeks
Make-up You can wear make-up from the day of treatment.
Washing your face / showering / bathing You can wash gently with water or lukewarm water straight after the treatment.

  • Because of limited space, companions cannot wait inside the clinic.
  • Our clinic is by appointment only. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may shorten your treatment or be unable to carry it out at all, in which case it is treated as one treatment used.
  • For same-day cancellations, what you booked and purchased (treatment, medication, and so on) is treated as used. Changing the time on the day incurs a change fee of ¥3,300 (tax included), and only if a slot is available.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

[ Validity period ]
Valid for 90 days from the date you apply. Please note that after 90 days the discount under this plan is no longer valid and can no longer be used.

[ Refunds and returns ]
Once you have applied for this plan, we cannot in principle accept a refund or return for customer reasons, except where the law requires it. However, if the doctor decides at your consultation not to issue a prescription, we will refund the full amount you paid. Even before the medical consultation, we cannot accept a cancellation or refund of a Luxora Pass for customer reasons.

[ Cancellation after ordering ]
We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds for customer reasons once an order is complete.
We cannot accept a cancellation, return or refund for reasons such as "I no longer need it", "I ordered it by mistake" or "it is different from the image", so please check the product details carefully before you order.

[ Subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries ] For subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries, such as "2 deliveries required", you cannot cancel part-way through, return the product or receive a refund until payment for the stated number of deliveries is complete. The obligation to pay for the minimum number of deliveries also arises if you do not accept the product, or if the product is returned to us because delivery was refused or you were away for a long period. The charge for the second delivery arises under the terms of your contract even if you have not received the first. Example: a plan requiring 2 deliveries

  • 1st delivery: no returns, refunds or cancellation
  • 2nd delivery: the charge arises regardless of whether you received the first delivery; no returns, refunds or cancellation
  • After payment for the stated number of deliveries (2) is complete: you can cancel from the next shipment onwards

Once payment for the minimum number of deliveries (2) is complete, you can cancel the subscription from the next delivery onwards by completing the procedure before the stated deadline for your next scheduled payment date.
