What is CareSys?
CareSys (electroporation) is a recent treatment that grew out of genetic research for cancer therapy. Electrical pulses open temporary pathways between cells, so that large-molecule active ingredients that normally cannot penetrate can be delivered into the lower dermis - a piece of medical technology adapted for aesthetic use. Compared with iontophoresis, the usual point of comparison, CareSys delivers around 20 times as much. Because it opens those pathways with electricity alone and uses no needles, it is also called no-needle therapy. It is painless and leaves no wound, which makes it very safe. What our clinic uses is an advance on conventional CareSys: cryo-electroporation, which combines the technique with cryo technology so that active ingredients can be delivered while the temperature is adjusted from 45°C down to -20°C. Compared with conventional electroporation, the cooling constricts the blood vessels so the delivered ingredients stay in the skin longer and work harder.
Delivering active ingredients in cooling mode can also reduce the downtime from light therapy (IPL), laser facials and peels.
What you can expect
CareSys is particularly strong on skin rejuvenation - clarity, brightening, hydration and age care - andusing it after UV damage such as sunburn, or after skin treatments that involve downtime, is also expected to reduce that downtime.

- Our clinic is by appointment only. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may shorten your treatment or be unable to carry it out at all, in which case it is treated as one treatment used.
- For same-day cancellations, what you booked and purchased (treatment, medication, and so on) is treated as used. Changing the time on the day incurs a change fee of ¥3,300 (tax included), and only if a slot is available.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
[ Validity period ]
Valid for 90 days from the date you apply. Please note that after 90 days the discount under this plan is no longer valid and can no longer be used.
[ Refunds and returns ]
Once you have applied for this plan, we cannot in principle accept a refund or return for customer reasons, except where the law requires it. However, if the doctor decides at your consultation not to issue a prescription, we will refund the full amount you paid. Even before the medical consultation, we cannot accept a cancellation or refund of a Luxora Pass for customer reasons.
[ Cancellation after ordering ]
We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds for customer reasons once an order is complete.
We cannot accept a cancellation, return or refund for reasons such as "I no longer need it", "I ordered it by mistake" or "it is different from the image", so please check the product details carefully before you order.
[ Subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries ] For subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries, such as "2 deliveries required", you cannot cancel part-way through, return the product or receive a refund until payment for the stated number of deliveries is complete. The obligation to pay for the minimum number of deliveries also arises if you do not accept the product, or if the product is returned to us because delivery was refused or you were away for a long period. The charge for the second delivery arises under the terms of your contract even if you have not received the first. Example: a plan requiring 2 deliveries
- 1st delivery: no returns, refunds or cancellation
- 2nd delivery: the charge arises regardless of whether you received the first delivery; no returns, refunds or cancellation
- After payment for the stated number of deliveries (2) is complete: you can cancel from the next shipment onwards
Once payment for the minimum number of deliveries (2) is complete, you can cancel the subscription from the next delivery onwards by completing the procedure before the stated deadline for your next scheduled payment date.
