- Medical Supply Policy: The duration of the prescriptions is capped at a 6-month supply and remains at the discretion of the physician. To uphold our commitment to clinical safety and responsible medication management, we do not permit the accumulation of surplus stock. Clients with a remaining supply exceeding 30 days — obtained here or through an affiliated partner — will not be eligible for a new prescription until their current cycle has concluded.
- Language Support: Please note that services are available in Japanese only. We currently do not have foreign language speaking staff on-site.
- Punctuality: As the clinic operates on a strict reservation system, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened consultation or cancellation.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
[ Validity period ]
Valid for 90 days from the date you apply. Please note that after 90 days the discount under this plan is no longer valid and can no longer be used.
[ Refunds and returns ]
Once you have applied for this plan, we cannot in principle accept a refund or return for customer reasons, except where the law requires it. However, if the doctor decides at your consultation not to issue a prescription, we will refund the full amount you paid. Even before the medical consultation, we cannot accept a cancellation or refund of a Luxora Pass for customer reasons.
[ Cancellation after ordering ]
We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds for customer reasons once an order is complete.
We cannot accept a cancellation, return or refund for reasons such as "I no longer need it", "I ordered it by mistake" or "it is different from the image", so please check the product details carefully before you order.
[ Subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries ] For subscription plans with a minimum number of deliveries, such as "2 deliveries required", you cannot cancel part-way through, return the product or receive a refund until payment for the stated number of deliveries is complete.
