The placenta used in Pure Placenta D.R. is sourced from healthy Japanese women and is collected under strict safety protocols. To prevent contamination by viruses or bacteria, comprehensive infection screenings and sterilization measures are in place. During manufacturing, the placenta is sterilized at 121°C for 20 minutes, ensuring the inactivation of potential pathogens. Each batch is tested for hepatitis B and C, HIV, parvovirus, and adult T-cell leukemia, all of which have been confirmed negative.
⚠️ Please note: While rigorous safety procedures are followed, the theoretical risk of infection from diseases such as variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (vCJD) cannot be entirely ruled out. As a result, individuals who have used human tissue-derived products—even once—are not eligible to donate blood in the future. We urge you to fully understand this before using human-derived placenta products such as Laennec® or Melsmon®.
