If it has been stored somewhere cold, the soap-based ingredients can solidify and the pump may be hard to press. Leaving it somewhere at around 20°C for a while, or standing it in lukewarm water to bring it back to room temperature, can improve this.

It can be used with extensions applied using standard cyanoacrylate glue, but depending on the type of glue, extensions may come away more easily. If you have concerns, consult the salon or clinic that applied them.
